I’ve been book MeMe’d by Ann Heitland, Associate Broker, CRS, GRI , ABR ~ Flagstaff Real Estate/Community . If you haven’t taken the time to read Ann’s blog, please take the time. Ann is a great inspiration for localism posts. And thank you for this opportunity to share.

So here it is, rules and all :

2. Open the book to page 56.

3. Find the fifth sentence.

4. Post the text of the next two to five sentences.

5. Don’t dig for your favorite book, the cool book or the intellectual one. Pick the closest.

Price It Right. Too low a price will mean you are giving away dollars that are rightfully yours. You want a realistic price that gives you an advantage over your competition in creating interest in your property. You should then hold to your price with only minor concessions.

However, as we conceptualize the tenets of Christianity, many of us need to now have the freedom of expression and individual interpretation of our experiences so we can form a new and more balanced consciousness in our lives. I believe many of the miracles of the past will begin to happen again once we are let free to pursue our own truths under our churches umbrella of influence.
